Documents Checklist of Estonia Visa

Mandatory Requirements: 

Passport:

So attach Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. 
Please note (Estonia visa application form)
a) So the passports issued beyond 10 yrs will not be acceptable in the Embassy)
b) But handwritten passports will not be accepted.
c) Indian passports with any “observation” will not be accepted.
d) So attach all your old passports (if any).

Estonia Application Form:

 So the visa application form has to fill online from the applicant.

Photo Dimension:

Additionally two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35 mm x 45 mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned or stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Personal Cover Letter:

 But covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorised signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Honorary Consulate General of the Republic of Estonia , New Delhi
Please Note : Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employee or on plain paper if Employee .

Accommodations:

Hotel Confirmation for the entire period of stay in Schengen area 
So Please Note Hotel should match the ticket dates and maximum stay should be in Estonia.

Flight Reservation:

Ticket Itinerary.

Medical Insurance:

Original Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros. Insurance to be done by the Authorised Insurance Company.

Authorisation Letter: 

Applicant will have to submit an authorisation letter authorising Bookrumz.com  to collect documents.
Please Note: (Estonia visa application form)
a) So Prior appointment has to be taken from the Embassy for the submission of documents.
b) Personal appearance is mandatory. (Bio metrics).

Bank Statements and ITR:

a) So attach company’s and Personal ITR 
b) Also attach Six months salary slip 
c) Also attach original Bank Statement for last six months with Bank Seal and Sign. Note :So bank statement Should be on A 4 Size Paper.
d) So attach the Credit Card copy/Foreign Exchange endorsement/Traveller’s Cheque.
Occupational Validity: 

Self Employee:
a) Also attach Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation 
b) Brief Company Profile 
c) So articles of Memorandum (In case the applicant is MD/Director) 
d) Also attach Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm) 
e) Import / Export License (if applicable)
Employee::
a) So attach Proof of employment like Salary Slip or Appointment Letter / NOC from Employer
School Going Person:
a) Also attach leave Sanction Letter from school
b) Also attach Parents have to provide ITR, Bank statement and NOC letter
