Documents Checklist for Sweden Visa

Mandatory Requirements:

Passport:

Original Passport with the validity of minimum three months. Beyond the intended duration of stay in the schengen territory. And minimum two blank pages for visa stamping. 
Please Note:
a) Attach all old passports (if any).
b) Two copies of passport’s first. And last page has to be submitted.
c) If passport has been extended. Copy of the same should also be enclosed.
d) Passports with any “observations”. Will not be acceptable. (Documents Checklist for Sweden Visa)

Shenegen Visa Application Form:

 One visa application form to be duly filled. And signed by the applicant on column 37 and main column. 
The following forms also need to be duly filled. Signed and submitted along with. The visa application form:
a) Appendex D
b) Consent form  
c) Consent form for minors  (if applicable) to be signed by both parents.
d) Medical Insurance Declaration Form.
Please note : Applicant mobile number. E-mail Id should be mentioned in visa form as Embassy can contact the applicant at any point of time during visa processing.

Flight Reservation :

Ticket Itinerary

Accommodation Proof:

Hotel Booking for the entire period of stay as per the tour itinerary.

Please Note: Hotel should match the ticket dates and maximum stay should be in Sweden.

Medical Insurance:

Travel Medical Insurance. For the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros.
Please Note : Insurance has to be done. By the Authorised Insurance Company.

Proof of Employments:

Self Employee: 
a) Company Registration Certificate.
b) Proof of Proprietorship. Partnership deed. (in case applicant is partner in the firm).
Employee:
a) So three months salary slip. 
b) NOC from the employer.
School Going:
a) Leave Sanction Letter from the school. On its letter head.
Minor:
a) An NOC to be duly signed by both the parents. 

Photo Dimension: 

Two recent passport size colour photographs. With matt or semi matt finish. 80% face coverage. White background and without border (Size: 35 mm x 45 mm).
Please note: Photograph should not more than six months old. Scanned/stapled. And should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Personal Cover Letter :

Covering Letter from applicant mentioning his name, designation. Passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Embassy of Sweden, New Delhi.
Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employee or on plain paper if Employee.

Financials: (Sweden visa for indian nationals)

Self Employed:
a) Personal bank statement. For last 3 months with stamp and signature. Note :Bank statement Should be on A 4 Size Paper. 
b) Income tax declaration. For the last two assessment years.
Employed:
a) Bank Statement for last 3 months with stamp and signature. Note :Bank statement Should be on A 4 Size Paper. 
b) Income tax declaration. For the last two assessment years.
c) Pay slips for the last 3 months, employment contract. And employers statement on approval of
holidays.
Please Note : All the documents should be provided only in A 4 size sheet.

Authorisation Letter:

Applicant will have to submit an authorisation letter authorising Bookrumz to submit and collect documents.

Passport Collection Process: (Sweden visa for indian nationals)

With immediate effect. Embassy has announced. That representatives cannot collect the documents. On behalf of applicant from. Sweden Visa Application Centres. Except in following conditions :
a) Immediate family member. (that is Parents, Children, Spouse)
b) One member of a family group collecting. The passports of the whole family.
c) A person collecting. On behalf of Government officials. If authorised on the Government letter head. Or department.
If any of the above comes. For passport collection. They need to carry. The following documents:
a) Original Government ID card
b) Original ICR
c) Original authorisation letter from applicant

However, applicants who do not wish to collect. Their documents in person. Whose documents cannot be collected by one of the above. Will get their passports back by courier. At an additional cost of Rs. 300/- to the dispatch address. Mentioned in the Covering-Letter. Which has to be submitted along with the visa application.
