Documents Checklist of Slovenia Visa

Mandatory Requirements:

Passport:

Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp 
a) Copy of relevant passport pages, including all visas of last three years.
Please note: 
a) Passports issued beyond 10 yrs will not be accepted by the Embassy. 
b) Also attach all your old passports (if any)
c) But handwritten passports will not be accepted.

Personal Cover Letter:  

Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. So the letter should be duly signed by authorised signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia, New Delhi
Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.

Proof of Stay:

Also hotel confirmation for the entire period of stay in Schengen area
Please note: Hotel should match the ticket dates and maximum stay should be in Slovenia.

Flight Reservation:

Ticket Itinerary (Travel date should be of 15 working days from the date of submission of the application)

Medical Insurance:

Original & Copy of Medical Insurance for the stay duration amounting to 30,000 Euros.
Please Note : Insurance has to be done by the Authorised Insurance Company.

Slovenia Visa Application Form:

One visa application form duly filled and signed by applicant.
Please note : So applicant’s mobile number should be mentioned in visa form as Embassy / Consulate can contact the applicant at any point of time during visa processing.

Photo Specification:

Two recent passport size colour photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35 mm x 45 mm) 
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas. (Documents Checklist of Slovenia Visa)

Financials:

a) Original Bank Statement for last three months with Seal& Sign.Note :Bank statement Should be on A 4 Size Paper. 
b) Three months salary slip 
c) Credit Card copy/Foreign Exchange endorsement/Traveller’s Cheque
Proof of Employment:

Self Employee:

a) Attach the Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
b) Also Brief Company Profile 
c) Also attach Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director)
d) Also attach Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
e) Also attach Import / Export License (if applicable)

Employee: 

a) Proof of employment like Salary Slip or Appointment Letter 
b) Also attach NOC from Employer

Student: 

a) Leave Sanction Letter from school
Parents have to provide ITR, Bank statement and NOC letter.
