Documents Checklist of Vietnam Visa

Mandatory Requirements:

Passport:

Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. 
a) So attach copy of Passport last and first page.
b) If you have any Previous Passport attach it also

If applying from Delhi:

Vietnam Visa Application Form Delhi: One visa application form duly filled and signed.

Accommodation : 

Accommodation in Vietnam or Hotel Address with complete Address, email and telephone No.

Air Tickets :

Ticket Itinerary (Vietnam visa on arrival for indian)

Tour Itinerary : Detailed day to day itinerary

Bank Statements:

a) Personal bank statement for last 3 months

Photo Dimensions:

Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, White background and without border (Size: 35 mm x 45 mm) 
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Personal Cover Letter :

Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should duly sign from authorised signatory with company stamp.
(If applying from Delhi)- So the letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer,Embassy of Socialist Republic of Vietnam,New Delhi.

Please Note : Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employee or on plain paper if Employee.

Please Note: 

a) If applying from Mumbai: Applicant has to come personally for submission of documents.
b) Indians can apply for Vietnam E-Visa & get the visa stamped on arrival.
