Documents Checklist of Taiwan Visa

Mandatory Documents: 

Passport:

 Original Passport with validity of More than six months(when boarding and arriving at your destination) from the intended day of entry into Taiwan and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
Copies of bio data pages of the passport.

Taiwan Visa Application Form:

Visa application form have to filled online from the applicant.

Photo Dimension:

 Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35 mm x 45 mm) 
Please note : Photographs should not be more than three months old, scanned / stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Personal Cover Letter:

Covering-letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorised signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Taipei Economic and Cultural Centre, New Delhi.
If applying from Chennai: The letter should be addressed to Taipei Economic & Cultural Centre, Chennai.
Please Note: 
a) Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .
b) If applicant requires multiple entry visa then the tentative travelling date should be mentioned.

Flight Reservation :

Confirmed round-trip air ticket.

Hotel Booking:

Hotel confirmation on Hotel’s letterhead.

Activities Itinerary in Taiwan:

 Day to day travel itinerary.

Bank Statements and ITR:

a) So personal bank statement for last six months.
b) So personal ITR’s, latest one year 
Please Note:
a) Bank statement is require with bank stamp and signature on every page.

So no objection letter from Employer / School (for children)
So travel Insurance : Original Travel Insurance
Additionally please Note: 
a) So personal Interview might be require depending case to case. 
b) Single & Multiple Entry Visa is Embassy’s Discretion. 
c) The fees will be paid as per the category the applicant is applying in. The embassy will grant the visa as per its own discretion, however if applicant has applied for multiple entry and the visa is granted for single entry then the visa fees will be non-refundable.
