Documents Checklist of Kazakhstan Visa

Mandatory Requirements:

Passport:

Original Passport with a validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Also attach all your old passports (if any). (Kazakhstan visa for indian passport)

Kazakhstan Visa Application Form:

One visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.

Photo Dimension:

Two recent camera clicked passport sized coloured photographs on a white background with 80% face cover on a matt or semi-matt finished paper (35 mm x 45 mm).
Additionally note: Photograph should not more than 3 months old,scan or staple and should not used in any of the previous visas.

Personal Cover Letter:

Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. So the letter should be duly signed by authorised signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Delhi.
Additionally Note : Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employee or on plain paper if Employee.

Invitation Letter: (Documents Checklist of Kazakhstan)

Copy of Invitation letter from the Hosting Tourist Company in Kazakhstan, Licensed for Visa Support, purpose and confirming the Arrangements made in the Kazakhstan with Approval Number.

Please Note:
a) If your stay in Kazakhstan does exceed more than 5 days then applicants have to register with the local Migration Police.
b) Embassy may ask for Personal Presence.

Hotel Confirmation with approval number.

Bank Statements:

Foreign Exchange endorsement / Copy of Credit cards.

Health regulation for passengers leaving India:- So there is no health check requirement by Indian Government on passengers leaving India. However, persons leaving for a yellow fever infected area advised in their own interest to get themselves vaccinated and to possession of valid yellow fever vaccination certificates before they leave the country.
