Documents Checklist for Singapore Visa

Mandatory Requirements:

Passport: (Required documents for Singapore visa)

So attach original Passport with the validity of minimum six months and minimum one blank page required. 
Please Note: So attach all old passports (if any).
But handwritten passport will not be acceptable in the Embassy.

Visa Application Form: 

 Form 14 A to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.

Photo Dimension: 

Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish. 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35 mm x 45 mm). 
Please note: So photographs should not be more than three months old, scanned/ stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Personal Cover Letter:

 Covering-Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of stay in brief. The letter should duly sign from applicant and address to – So the Visa Officer, Singapore High Commission, New Delhi.
Please Note: So Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .
Applicant’s contact number must be mentioned on the cover letter.

Proof of Accommodation:

Hotel booking.

Proof of Employment:

Self Employee:
a) So personal Bank statement for last 3 months
b) So proof of Business ownership.
Employee:
a) NOC from the company on its letter head or Six months salary slips along with employee ID card copy.

For Honeymoon Travellers: 

Original or clear scanned copy of Wedding Card has to be submitted along with the visa application.

Additionally Note:
So embassy may ask for any additional documents.

Important Notice:
With immediate effect, below mentioned directives are applicable for applying Singapore visa from Singapore High Commission, New Delhi 
1- So applicants must provide confirmed air ticket along with other relevant documents.

If Visiting Family/ Relative/Friend – Need below Docs from invitee: 

1- Invitation letter mentioning Singapore address, contact, FIN/NRIC number of Invitee with Relationship details. Letter should addressed to “The Visa Officer, Singapore High Commission – New Delhi”. 
2- PR Card copy. 
3- Passport Copy (bio data pages). 
4- Relationship proof. 
5- NRIC card copy.
