b) So If applying from Delhi, Mumbai & Chennai: So visa application form has to be filled online by the applicant.

Photo Dimension:

So two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35 mm x 45 mm)
Additionally note: Photograph should not more than 3 months old,scan or staple and should not used in any of the previous visas.

Personal Cover Letter:

Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. So the letter should be duly signed by authorised signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Russian Federation, New Delhi.
Additionally Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employee or on plain paper if Employee.
a) So if applying from Mumbai: So the letter should be address to: Consulate General of Russian Federation, Mumbai.
b) If applying from Kolkata: So the letter should addressed to: Consulate General of Russian Federation, Kolkata.
c) So if applying from Chennai: So the letter should be addressed to: Consulate General of Russian Federation, Chennai.

In accordance with the order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 413 on a Migration Card, Foreign Nationals entering the Russian Federation, must receive and fill in a migration card, present it to a border control officer who puts a mark on the migration card about the entry into the Russian Federation if the information in the card matches the information in the passport and the visa. Migration form is given free of cost to foreign citizens for border control officers or representatives of organisation providing transport services to foreign citizens.
