Documents Checklist for Lebanon Visa

Mandatory Requirements:

Additionally Note: Lebanon visa can apply in any of the following two ways:

a) Visa can apply by submitting original passport, 2 photographs, visa form and immigration approval in Arabic language from Lebanon which will translate in English from Lebanon Embassy in Delhi and the applicant can travel on the same Translated visa approval which will take 2 working days.
b) Visa also can apply by providing the below mentioned documents and Lebanon Embassy in Delhi will refer his/her application for the approval to Lebanon and it may take 10 working days

Original valid passport,2 passport size photos, original covering letter, original invitation letter, Ticket, bank statement, personal ITRs, Salary slip

Additionally Prior Immigration Approval Letter  from Lebanon to be sent to the Embassy and one copy to us
Additionally refer to the below points for detailed specification:

Passport :

Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and two blank pages for visa stamp 

a) Colour copy of first & last page of passport 
b) Also attach all your old passports ( if any).
Flight Reservation: Ticket itinerary

Bank Statements :

a) Personal bank statement for last 3 months with minimum balance of Rs. 5 lakhs or proof of sufficient financial records which states that the applicant can bear the expenses in Lebanon for the complete duration of stay.
b) Personal ITRs for last 3 years 
c) Salary slips for last 6 months.

Lebanon Visa Form:

One visa application form should fill and sign

Photo Dimension :

Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60 %- 80% face coverage, white background and without border ( size : 35 mm x 45 mm)
Additionally Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Personal Cover Letter:

So original Covering Letter from the applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be signed by authorised signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Lebanon, New Delhi

Letter from Invitee :

So original invitation letter in Arabic with Halphnama ( Guarantee Letter ) notarised at notary public office from Lebanese host/ company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay & should be duly signed with signatory’s name, designation, and should be addressed to – So the Embassy of Lebanon, Delhi undertaking responsibility of the invited person that he will return back to India.
Please Note : Copy of ID proof of Sponsor is require.
Lebanese company’s Registration/ Incorporation certificate. 
Please Note : So Inviting Company can mentioned its relation with the Indian company in Invitation letter.
