Documents Checklist for China Visa

Mandatory Documents:

Passport Copies: 

Original Passport with the validity of six months from intended date of return and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping. So attach all your old passports (if any).
Please Note : So handwritten passports are not acceptable.

China Visa Application Form:

One visa application form to duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Please Note: So the application form can type or filled manually from the applicant.

Photo Dimension:

One recent passport size coloured photographs with glossy finish, full face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 48 mm x 33 mm)

Please note: So photograph should not be more than 6 months old or scan and should not be use in any of the previous visas. Additionally the photo should be stapled or glued on the application form.

Personal Cover Letter:

So Covering-Letter from applicant mentioning his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of China, New Delhi.
Please Note : Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is a Self Employ or on plain paper if Employed .

Bank Statements:

Personal Bank Statement for last six months with minimum balance of Rs 1,50,000 with original Bank seal and signature of authorised signatory on each page.

Hotel Reservation: 

Hotel confirmation along with the day to day itinerary.

Ticket:

Ticket itinerary.

Proof of Occupation:

If Employed: An NOC from the employer.
