Documents Checklist for Bulgaria Visa

Mandatory Requirements:

passport:

Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank page for visa stamp. (documents checklist for Bulgaria)
Additionally Note :
a) Also attach Copy of all used pages of passport including front and back pages..
b) Also attach all your old passports (if any).

Bulgaria Visa Application Form:

One visa application form should fill and sign.

Photo Dimension:

Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35 mm x 45 mm)
Additionally note: But the Photograph should not more than 3 months old,scan or staple and should not used in any of the previous visas.

Personal Cover Letter:

Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of visit in brief. So the letter should duly sign from authorised signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria, New Delhi.
Please Note : Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employee or on plain paper if Employee.

Bank Statements and ITR:

a) Personal ITR for 3 Yrs.
b) Company and Personal Bank Statement for last six months.
c) Credit Card copy/Foreign Exchange endorsement/Traveller’s Cheque
d) Proof of sufficient funds to stay in Bulgaria with minimum amount Euro 50 per day. If accommodation has to be arranged by applicant, a minimum Euro 100 per day is required

Hotel Booking:

Hotel Confirmation/proof of accommodation.(for non prearranged tours).
Please Note : Original documents/voucher issued by a Tourist organisation/Tour operator for Prepaid tourist service is required, containing the license number of the tourist organisation/Tour Operator, it should be issued by the Bulgarian Ministry of Economy, along with the name, license no of the Hotel, and the duration of the pre-paid tour services.

Ticket: Confirmed Air Ticket.

Medical Insurance:

An Insurance Certificate of overseas insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000.including the Medical expenses for the duration of stay.

Authorisation Letter:

The applicant will have to submit an authorisation letter authorising Bookrumz  to collect the documents.
Please Note:
a) Personal Appearance is mandatory
b) Documents should be presented in original and a copy of them should be attached to the visa application
Please Note:
a) Applicants holding a valid multiple entry Schengen visa, can travel to Bulgaria without obtaining a separate visa.
b) Holders of valid long term visas or residence permits issued by Schengen Countries are allowed multiple entries in Bulgaria for period of stay up to 90 days in any six-month period from the date of the first entry.
